"The temperature control panel in our refrigerator went out this morning. After trying, and failing badly, to troubleshoot the problem we went to our reliable source -- Yelp -- for help. Looking at the 5-star businesses, we settled on More Than A Fix Appliance Repair. Upon calling, we were told that they wouldn't have a repairman until Monday. I quickly explained that we'd lose everything in our fridge if we waited that long. He put me on hold, and then returned to tell me he'd have a repairman out between 2-4 p.m.Elad arrived early, despite working on his day off. He troubleshooted the problem quickly - discovering a bad circuit board - and replaced it. He was genuinely friendly, obviously knowledgeable and truly saved our day. We cannot say enough positive things about him as he interrupted his day off to help us. He gave us some tips on how to keep things running properly. "Our sub zero fridge at our rental property in Irvine was making a very loud noise. I called a few companies, a few didn't even pick up the phone the rest said they do not work on sub zero products.
